What data does this site collect?

This site does not collect personal data unless you send it to us. It does not use cookies; if analytics or advertising tools are added, this page will be updated.

• Contact form: When you fill in the form, your name, phone number, email address (if given), organisation and message are saved on our server. This information is used only to get back to you and is not shared with third parties; it is deleted within a reasonable time after your request is resolved. You can ask us to delete it sooner by writing to the address below.
• Server logs: For security and service continuity, the hosting provider may keep technical logs such as IP address and browser information for a limited time.
• Fonts: The font on this page is loaded from Google Fonts; your IP address may be passed to Google when this happens.

Biometric data in our products

The BE Soft Face Recognition System is software that institutions operate on their own behalf. The institution is the data controller for student, staff and parent data in the system; BE Soft processes this data on the institution's behalf and on its instructions. Face data is kept in a separate, isolated installation for each institution and is not sent to third-party face recognition services. Please direct requests about this data to the relevant institution first.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to its processing. You can send requests to info@besoft.com.tr by email.
