A school or tutoring centre’s FAQ page should make repeated reception questions easy to answer. A useful FAQ starts with what guardians need to know when making decisions, rather than only what the institution wants to promote.
1. Collect questions from real enquiries
Gather frequent reception questions without personal details. Group them around admissions, schedules, transport, mock exams and contact arrangements. Combine different wording about the same issue into one clear question. Do not publish one person’s special arrangement as a rule applying to everybody.
2. Give the direct answer first
The first sentence should answer the question, followed by conditions or necessary detail. Avoid hiding the answer inside promotional paragraphs. Clearly identify information that varies by programme. For frequently changing details such as fees, provide a reliable route to current information instead of leaving an outdated figure.
3. Link to relevant detail pages
The FAQ should not duplicate the entire website. Follow a concise answer with a descriptive link to admissions, programme or contact information. Check that each link leads to the right subject. Test expanded answers, buttons and links on mobile screens.
4. Assign responsibility for updates
A timetable change may also require a changed FAQ answer. Identify a reviewer for each topic group. Revisit the page at term starts and programme changes. If Turkish and English versions exist, verify that conditions remain consistent across both languages.
5. Offer a route for unanswered questions
Visitors should know how to reach the appropriate team if their question remains unresolved. Provide a short form or suitable phone link. Use recurring new enquiries to improve the page. An FAQ alone does not guarantee search visibility or more applications; assess usefulness against actual questions.
